Boxing

I've been training a lot at the Box'n Burn while I was in Santa Monica, with Josh who teached me boxing. It such a good work out, to build muscles and get rid of the fat of your body. We will see yourself improved really fast in this sport and it's addicting.
I've been praticing this sport 3 times per week for two months. You will feel more confident in your body and in your mind. Wear some cute sporty clothes and a buddy to work out with.. That's how I find the motivation to go do some exercices.

Don't forget to drink a lot of water, before and after ! :)
